1000 Block Space aka $BLS started in September of 2021 as a unique project. There was no project of this kind in crypto world and something which was never heard of. So what made this project unique? Well that was the concept of co creation of NFTs by its userbase. Now question will arise "how is that possible?" The answer to this lies on their first ever space in 1000 blocks echo system. It was called space one. Any one could purchase a block in the space using BNB and own that particular block. The block in return started generating BLS tokens which was the main way of distribution of BLS tokens. If some one else would want a space by another player in the eco system, they will have to pay more BNB to buy if off the first player. 25% would go the original buyer whereas the rest would go to the reward pool. We will come to reward pool a bit further down this post.
Then at second stage 1000 Blocks released another space which at the time was called "Space 2". Playing mechanics were different in that space. Any one wishing to buy a block would need to pay 0.042BNB for that block to own it. Block like "Space 1" would start generating BLS as soon as it was purchased. But there was something else. Block price would always remain at 0.042BNB but for first 40 hours, any other player who would want to buy that particular block would need to pay a "Take over Fee" which would gradually decrease with the time and goes to 0 at 40th hour of buying the block. It would stay at 0 for next 2 hours before going back up again to 24 BLS tokens. All the takeover fee was burned in this mechanism.
Now the reward pool which is now discontinued was filled with the BNB spent on buying blocks. Every user of the echo system who has staked their BLS would earn those BNB rewards depending on their share of reward pool. Very clever implementation of yield farming.
1000 Blocks also have their own NFTs called "Space Apes" which also will have a real-world use case. They will also be used in their upcoming "Infinite Battles" game which will be launching on 24th Aug 2022.
